Hello guys,i have that problem,it appers from nowhere,it was working fine and stoped,i did my best,check windows deffender stoped my antivirus program,running like administrator but nothing,i am using windows 10,thanks for help You have to register to be able to see this link. The problem is clearly from your end.

Try:
- disable proxy/vpn connections
- connect to WiFI or using USB/Bluetooth tethering (if you can)
- change ethernet cable or port (on computer and on router)
- connect using another internet connection (e.g.: mobile connection)
- just because your antivirus is off, doesn't mean it can't block the network connection - try disabling it and do a system reboot and check if it's disabled before trying to do a wCD scan
