Ai pus pluginul de mai sus in fara WarGods Shield ? Pune-l primul in lista de plugin-uri din "plugins.ini".
Daca nici asa nu merge, s-ar putea sa ai ceva care tot executa ws_antiflood sa fie pe 0/1.

Dacă nu merge cum spune Tiger , încearcă să dezactivezi toate plugin-urile si sa lași doar WarGods Shield și vezi dacă funcționează.
