False Positive - HLAE

Hey guys, just did a scan and to my suprise I came out as a cheater

Found AFX Hook GoldSrc

With a bit of googleling I saw that this is related to HLAE which is used for making movies.
I'm aware that HLAE can be considered a cheat, but last time I used it was 1 year+
I did not have it loaded when I was doing the scan, I'm also not a cheater

I found a few topics that relate to the same issue
here on the forum and I'm hoping my case can be resolved as well.

I forgot to mention that it also says
"Last Detection: True. This player have been detected in the past. Use search option to find reports of this user."

Which is not true, I've had 1 more false-positive detection in 2022 that was resolved and my false detection was removed, but the Last Detection: True still stays.

Does my detection have a timestamp associated? Last time I've used HLAE was over a year ago.
If I had HLAE loaded I would just say "Ok that's on me, I forgot to turn it off"
But I don't see how is it fair to get detected over an year after using it, and without it being loaded...
On the HLAE site itself says that you shouldn't use HLAE while connecting to servers because it can be considered a cheat, the problem is that I HAVEN'T used it AT ALL when I did the scan.
I didn't have it opened, it wasn't loaded, last time I used it was over an year ago to record some footage.

Please look if my module is timestamped and If I can do something to prove to you that I haven't even opened HLAE let me know!

So, first you asked me if I've checked the final answers of those topics, when I answered and gave you examples of how this has been resolved for other people your next thing is to ask me "What year is it now?"
What does time have to do with this being a false-positive. It's claiming I'm a cheater, without me cheating, how is this fair?
I don't mean to sound combatitive, I understand this is a free service and I understand that you don't want to set a bad example for future hackers.
All I'm asking is to please try to confirm if this is an actual false-positive

I just checked my CS folder and found the AfxHookGoldSrc.dll
Last time this was modified was 1/30/2023, which is close to 2 years now.
Below I will attach a link to the file, please consider checking the md5 and veritfying that this is not a cheat and it's the actual hook for HLAE

Seems that you are the only one to blame, as you forgot it. I am sorry, but I won't clear your detection.
