Hey, just got an false positive wg scan, any ideas how it could have happened?

Here's the scan, if it is somehow positive, is there any way I could remove it? Because I do not see this file in my computer.

sorry,made this memory dump later, just because of the stress, where can I find this 101xd, what even is it?
(also, is there any chance a server could download it? because I went to one hns server, played for 30minutes)

Found two versions of it, one is specified with system32, the other with "amd", here's all of them, because I don't know which one you need (sorry, I dont know how to use md5 searching stuff)

The System32 related ones had one difference (the language): my native one (LT), UK one and US
