In this issue you mentioned, I moved wcd to another place and even moved it to the steam folder but it didn't work.

A file called "GUBootService.exe" is not accessible for reading. This is what causing you scanning issues. Search this file and fix file permissions or kill this process if not critical.

Search this file name in the Details tab from Task Manager and kill it (if not critical) before scanning with wCD.

Maybe it's hidden and that's why your search can't find it. Enable You have to register to be able to see this link. Register HERE! If you are already a member please log in! Do not forget to disable this feature after you are done with it.

PS: This file seems to be a part of Glary Utilities. Do you use this tool? If not, I suggest running a full-system antimalware scan.
