Banned for no reason?

I was playing on your server 10 minutes ago when i got accused of cheating for no reason, i did the report and it came out clean and for some reason i still got banned.

OTHER INFORMATION: Got called out for being a cheater without any valid reason, was forced to spec, i did the report as you can see, but i still got banned even though in the report it says "No Cheat Signature Detected". I was banned from the player Tractor.

Can i get an unban since my report is valid and clean of any cheats?

WCD has found "T-Hook" in your game. However, you are banned on a server not on our service. Go to their forum and request unban.

Just for information, what is T-Hook? This is a work laptop i'm playing on, it only has programs which i need for my work. This is the website where i downloaded CS 1.6 - You have to register to be able to see this link. Register HERE! If you are already a member please log in! You are not banned from our service, and we do not handle server bans from servers that are not under our control.

As for your detection, it was a false-positive which I cleared it now. Next time please report it properly !
