OTHER INFORMATION:Recently some apps got banned in my country (Turkey) and I have to use VPN and virtual machine to use them and I think I got banned because I forgot to turn them off. I scanned them while they were on.

Yeah, you tried to do a fake scan. You ran CS and wCD from inside the VM. For unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.
