error while trying to communicate with the server?

Hello, when i scan i got this problem I don't use any proxy or VPN i already checked podforums, can somehow my IP adress be unblocked from your system I saw one podfourm that guy get "unblocked" becouse firewall or something blocking it. Thanks!!!
