My older brother also uses this computer, but he does not have much time.
I gave my IP address.
I gave my Steam ID.
There is nothing related to cheating on my computer.
Why don't you lift the ban?

Then you or him bought a private cheat to bypass wCD detection. Either way, you are banned and for unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.

Then, those who were banned on the forum like me bought a special cheat, why did you unban them? If I were rich enough to buy cheats, why would I play CS1.6?
I was banned for no reason and you accuse me of cheating while unbanning everyone else.
