shows that such a cheat has been detected, but I play all the time without any cheats, could this be because of the View demo helper or because of the windows anti-cheat

You had ViewDemoHelper injected into the game... that module hooks the game engine. It's not considered a false-positive.

Is the view demo helper showing my record in red? Do I understand correctly? Is it possible to remove this entry in wargods?

Yes, that's why you got detected. Don't use it while playing online.
