False Detection Wallhack

I'm wondering why i get detected:

ANTIVIRUS: I'm using Standard Windows 10 Defender

In the processes and cstrike, everything is clean, it does not show any detectors, I don't understand why it shows red scan and reason - wallhack, what kind of error is this?
