Daca nu intrai ieri sa faci scanare si faceai cerere unban, primeai unban gratuit. Te-ai rebanat singur pe aceasta cale, iar acum nu mai indeplinesti conditiile pentru unban gratuit.

Fie indeplinesti conditiile pentru unban gratuit, fie platesti taxa de grad 1.
