* DESCRIBE YOUR PROBLEM: It all started when i reinstalled "windows 10" I tried everything. I tried to move the "Wargods cheat defender" to the steam folder, I tried to move it to the half-life folder, I even gave access to the firewall, but I still get this error. I don't even know what to do anymore, could someone help me? One more thing, as soon as I restart the computer, then "Wargods cheat defender" works, but only for a short time

wCD can't read "Intelligent standby list cleaner ISLC.exe". Try deleting it or make sure it's accessible for read.

Maybe you could explain how to make "Intelligent standby list cleaner ISLC.exe" readable by wCD.
