perm ban for abusing free service

Hello, I have been banned permanently by wargods for "abusing free service" No ID no information. In reality, it failed to scan 3-4 times because of errors, and then ban without any warning. How do I unban?

What do you mean? I downloaded wargods only 3 days ago. And it scanned, and then ban. Either way, not sure what I did wrong. I can't even get any report

Well I do not remember either. I mean now it's entirely new system, internet and everything. Not sure how it is the same ban. But nevertheless, I just need you to unban me, so I can send a report to CS server admin
