scan resulted with generic cheat but I never use cheat or something like addons skins etc and I scan before and after result was clean. how we fix problem and remove from result?

ps: while It scans I plugged headphone and that made high latency, I thought something wrong, tried several times. maybe that cause the problem? (at the same time because headphone plugged in armory crate -which is asus's official management program- runs. maybe wg thought thats cheat too)

I didn't know that and now I finish scan, result no detection how I can get that false detection again I really don't know and that makes me feel bad because I play at same server for months and now people thinks bad about me and not trust anymore even every scan result clean. this is not my fault, I'm 35 years old and too old for using cheat for game.
this is really unfair how I explain myself to people because of false detection my history marked red.
and what is generic cheat? no wallhack no aimbot no nothing. what for that generic cheat?
btw I'm using win11 but It shows win10

Without memory dump I can't help you, that's the proof I need to check if it is a false positive or not. You have to repeat the scan until the same detection is triggered.

Regarding detection of Windows 11, maybe they changed something. I will fix it when I will be back (2 weeks).

okay I will try plug the headphone while playing to get same result. I hope same problem occurs and we can fix.

Solved, they updated the build number for 22H2. Thank you for reporting the issue.
