You were banned since 2020, for using a possible fake wCD, but for some reason the system didn't recognized you until recently.

There's no error that you used a non-official wCD version and there's no error that you reinstalled your OS multiple times to bypass the ban.
For unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.
