Got banned because WCD/System and server time dont match

Could somebody explain me why is this happeneing, every time i make a scan there is always a 1h difference between WCD/System and server timestamp. I don't use any cheats, only play cs 1.6 casually but, Recently got banned from a server and the admin accused me I sent fake wg because the timestamps doesn't match. I try make other scans but it always show the same 1 hour difference between the timestamps. BTW I play with official steam cs 1.6 client.

CS, wCD and System timestamp are the player's timestamp, while server timestamp is actually the wCD server's timestamp (the time when player's report is processed on our server; UTC+2 zone). Of course these 2 groups of timestamps would differ if you are not from UTC+2 zone (e.g.: Romania, Finland, etc.).

You should be in UTC+1 zone (country extracted from your IP address).
