I wanted to scan and got blocked. My computer is newer, only 3-4 games are installed.

Helpful Information: I have one more account. My account was hacked and banned from 2 games. I left my current hacked account as a backup. I am currently using a clean account.

Update: Also the "Report" button is inactive. The report comes, but it stays at 50% and "Banned" warning appears.

Report button is outdated, it was used to generate an offline report for those who have network issues.

You were banned automatically under the presumption that you are someone else. Please post all your steam ids (used, borrowed, etc.).

My current stolen account is above. This account is registered. I accidentally logged into the game from this account once. Could there have been changes in the files?

I don't have an account other than my "BURAKKA" account that I threw at the beginning and my stolen account above.

I don't use antivirus.

I deleted and reinstalled the app, same thing.

I'm using W10 Pro but the app supports W8. Could it be caused by this?
