demoplayer.dll detected

Hello, I had to do a scan and got detected with "demoplayer.dll" I have no idea what this file is and how it got in my cstrike folder. After deleting the file my scan was clean again, but now my history shows that I've been detected before. I've never used any cheats and my clean history for many years shows it. Could you please give me any information on the issue and how to prevent it in the future? Thank you!
