It's recommended to have a pair of scan report and a memory dump. This way I always know you didn't restarted the game and other minor details.

For example, your process only was running for 13 minutes. What should I believe? Anyway, the memory dump you provided is clean.

NOTE: For whoever asked you to do this memory dump, please bear in mind that your server-side anticheat based on precache (file checker) pollutes the memory dump. This kind of server anticheat will only detect cheaters that are pretty dumb, most cheaters won't have cheats in their CS directory.
