Got banned for nothing

umm, no. I dont really understand much about steam id's and stuff, i only play cs 1.6, the numbers dont say anything to me, idk if the numbers are changing if i change where i live, becouse i moved like atleast 3 times in last 5 years, and was playing from my university cottage with different internets and stuff, but i dont know if this information is necessary.
