I also have some system files from maybe of the program like nexus dock or some other programs, i don't know precisely, so if you can put them on the white list

And what about these other .dll files from the system?
I don't know what they are, can you check if the viruses have damaged the original files? Or maybe these are .dll files of some programs? I could delete them if they didn’t matter

Do not delete DLL files if you don't know what they are and what they do, you could make your OS unstable / corrupted. Shortly said, these files are used by apps to load or add extra-functionality to the app.
