Is this error and screenshot legit?

Hello,

one guy is trying to avoid WarGod scan, because he is receiving this error:
You have to register to be able to see this link. Register HERE! If you are already a member please log in! If you still you are not able to see the link you need to activate your account or an administrator need to activate your account!

Can someone tell me what does it mean, and also how to fix this error, so the guy won't be able to say he can not scan?

Does he have the latest wCD version? Also, is the Cryptographic service started?

He is an idiot.. and also, can it be because he has old version of .NET framework and Windows 7 or so?
So, theoretically, he could also disable the service on purpose, so he can say it does not work, right?

It is possible, but also can be a problem with his Windows 7 (e.g.: old version without any updates installed, cracked, modified version of Windows 7 to improve performance/disk space, ...).

The guy had an older version of WarGod. He says it is about 1 month old, I do not trust him at all, but I still want to ask, is there a possibility that just one month older WarGod version would create this exact error?

No, the latest version is 2.4.0.4 released on 08.06.2020

Btw. is there like a public "link" where you can easily download older versions of WG just like that?

No. You can't use an older version of wCD to ensure that you have the latest engine available to scan.
