I suffered a problem, it' s in the video. (my cs is official from steam, but it's kinda new i only use that for one day) W10

it shows that cs is open, but it cannot be found.

Is the process name called hl.exe or cstrike.exe? If yes then check your game integrity, otherwise your CS is not "normal" and it's not supported right now. Some CS kit have the executable name modified in order to avoid cheat injection, but this isn't a smart way to do it.
