Need help please

HI mates
I have some problems with scanning , i stoped playing months ago , now when i try to scan , they wrote at the end of scannig we encountered a poblem while sending report code ;502 reason : bad gateway .. so people think im using some kind of hacks ..
so please can u tell whats the problem and how i can solve it
