[REZOLVAT]Problema la wcd

Va rog mult sa ma ajutati cu urmatoarea problema cat se poate de repede.Cand deschid aplicatia(Dau dublu click) imi da eroarea asta,si la open,si la run as administrator The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135).Click on OK to terminate the application.

Ai un sistem de operare vechi (xp) . Instaleaza .net framework 2.0 minim.

A fatal error occurred.However, mscorees.dll could not be loaded to display the appropiate error message.Please reinstall de .NET Framework . Am instalat .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 dar la urma ramanea aia plina(aia cu dungile verzi unde arata ca se instaleaza)plina si constanta,nu se termina.Am incercat cu .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 dar mi-a scris: "An instance of setup can run at time".Si daca e sa updatez sistemul de operare,cum o fac?

Nu o faci, pentru ca Microsoft a sistat sa mai ofere suport pentru XP inca din 2014. Descarca Run Time error XP si instaleaza-l. Dupa reincearca instalarea .NET framework.
