first steam was a VAC banned illegal steam. The steam I use now is a brand new one that I own.

You didn't post all your steam accounts. You used WarGods CFG Bypass and for unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.

I haven't done any wargods scanning and I also bought a new steam to remove this ban and the situation is still the same. <3PrV is my last steam account and I changed everything (including my internet and computer). You just admitted you broke the ToS, thus you increased your unban fee at 6th degree....

You can't get unban unless you paid, doesn't matter how many steam accounts you buy. This will only increase your unban fee.
