Generric Cheat Detection

I did 3 scans in 2023 then after some months when i did a scan they detect generic cheat detection i did not have hacks and even if i download gametracker version (clean version) they detect it again.

Look i did so much times scans with this anti virus RAV Endpoint Virus it didnt show that i have generic cheat detection

But..
i downloaded 1 month ago cheat engine i didnt use it in cs but i think he is the problem

after that i download a new cs version and do scan and still give me generic cheat detection:

Please upload the file called "windowscodecsext.dll" (md5: AD31239587843E322B224C28DF3D4FC1). You should found this file in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64".
