whitelist cfg

Hello. I don't quite know what goes on whitelist and what doesn't. I have a question about my .cfg. I've used "writecfg cfgname.cfg" to save my settings, so I have them any time on my usb drive. I was wondering if this would show up on a scan as a cheat system or something like that.
