OTHER INFORMATION: hi, I checked different builds of cs 1.6 for viruses and cheats, after I get the virus, I did a restore system and downloaded virtual machine to check the builds there. And when I decided to check the assembly I was blocked. Now I understand that it was a bad idea :|

First of all, wCD is not an anticheat but a cheat detector. Second of all, rules are rules. For unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.
