I just checked these accounts and they are not from Lithuania because I'm Lithuanian. I'm really sorry but it's my first time seeing these accounts, I have no idea why they are associated with me. How can I prove it that I'm not associated with any of these accounts ?

The steam ban flow was this:
STEAM_0:0:10849241 (08.05.2019) -> STEAM_0:0:1373395 (16.05.2019) -> STEAM_0:0:278301256 (16.11.2019; one of your specified account)
STEAM_0:0:10849241 (08.05.2019) -> STEAM_0:1:86279623 (04.08.2019)

I don't know 100% if you are the same person or you just borrowed your steam id to someone and banned your account, but either case you are responsible.

It's probably because my account (STEAM_0:0:1373395) got hacked and all of the information transferred to your system. But maybe you can see the different IP address because this guy is from Romania if I'm not mistaking so you could maybe take a look at the difference of the IP address. I know that you are not guaranteed 100% that I'm not the same person but maybe we can work something from this.

In previous post you said that you didn't recognized any of my posted steam ids, now you said that's yours... It's weird how it's connected to your system AFTER "got hacked" and banned your account. Maybe you are the one who stole that account?

Despite all of this, you are responsible. For unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.
