Banned since 2020 for using hardware id spoofer. Do you have a good reason for using such app?!

I don't remember installing such a thing. I have never had a hack installed on my computer either. I don't know where the thing you are talking about came from. Please remove my ban. I have reinstalled Windows, I don't believe this thing is there again.

How can I explain to you that I do not need such a program? I play well enough to install such apps. I don't even know what you're talking about... and it was in 2020 after 3 years of ban, can't unban right? What are these punishments? How many times do I have to repeat, I HAVE NOT INSTALLED A SIMILAR PROGRAM AND I DON'T NEED IT! I want to be unbanned, because of your WG I can't play anywhere in any server....Everywhere they want it and after I can't scan I get banned in CS servers....This is starting to annoy and anger me and I'm not even guilty! Please pay attention to me!
