Your issue seems to be caused by Symantec Endpoint Protection which injects code into the game as malware/cheats does. Add your game to whitelist before running it and do a wCD scan.

I tried to open this program but I get an error and I can't remove it from my computer... also an error... Reading on the forum about this program is hard to get rid of it from the computer
