Don't using cheats but still has "Crystal Hack Data"

Help me solve this problem. I am using this hack about 2 years ago for demos, then I reinstalled Windows and it still WG shows this hack on my PC.

Maybe I have a bad file in the system or something like that, how to clean it?

Search for Crystal Hack, it's a directory, and delete it. Usually it's in %AppData% diectory.
