Detected "Found HPP CFG Data". I would like to prove to this player that he is playing unfairly, I know that only hpp date was found. But the server admin says found doesn't mean the player was on cheats. Is there any chance for a longer statement to get the player banned?

Your admin is right. wCD couldn't find anything else besides some cheat configs.

If you suspect the player that could have something injected in game, tell admin to ask that player for a memory dump. I need that memory dump to do a memory analysis. You can find the tutorial on how to do a memory dump here (<b>You have to register to ba able to see this link</b>) (from step [3] as player is already connected to the server).

My advice, don't give that link to the player as he will guess what you are trying to do. Just copy-paste it to chat or somewhere else, or write your own and give it to him.
