The reason I installed windows is the old hard drive is freezing, I reinstalled it because I bought an SSD

I can't see in logs a change in your hardware. Your bans stays for trying to bypass the ban. If you want unban you have to pay 3rd degree unban fee.

Is there any other payment management besides paypal and paysafe? There is no paypal in turkey, there is pasfecard, it can only be used for shopping.

Paysafe = Paysafecard. You only need to make sure it's euro and the amount of money it's rounded (e.g.: I can't use it if it's 4.99 euro, it needs to be multiple of 5 euro).

Ileft the link to the payment document on the steam address, contact your bank with this document and chek if the money has been deposited.
