Same problem, no windows defender enabled, no antimalware soft (any, i mean windows is just not protected by ANYTHING, don't need that), disabled firewall, steam cs 1.6 and not sending report, error occurs at around 55% of 'sending report'.

So.. any help?

_xvi3: First time you tried to install something while wCD was running. Second time, something blocked wCD. Add wCD to antimalware's whitelist and make sure that the path where you saved wCD executable is accessible.
Nidalee: Next time please post your IP address / last report id, otherwise I might not find you in logs. You have to check "cs16.dll" (cheat/guard) from your CS directory, wCD can't access it.

Well I reinstalled everything, seems like it works now, I don't know why but I'm glad with that XD

I followed your steps & I wasn't installing anything and still receiving the error.
