I don't know what you expect. Without any additional memory dump that I can analyze, I can say the same thing as the report does - there are 3 detections (generic, HPP Loader (used in the last 24 hours) and heuristic detection). You want more (accurate) information, then ask the player to create a scan to recreate the detection and, at the same time, a memory dump.
