Whenever I try to scan for my CS1.6 it stated i am banned permanently and does not let me scan again.

What did you tried to do? It seems like you tried to create a fake report. It's impossible for wCD to work so many times (you are multiple reports), stop working and magically work again...

Basically, I play with so many people on ts3. one of my friend said i use a bad cfg to i removed it. I started to play default, next time they asked me to scan this came up. But how can you even create a fake report? xD

Please, let me know how to get unbanned. i did not do anything with it. If you can prove me then keep me pernanent banned.
