False positive caused by Dr.Web. Please add Counter-Strike in Dr.Web's whitelist so it won't inject its code in this process.

Папку Steam и самого игру hl.exe добавил в исключения но ругается всёравно <b>You have to register to ba able to see this link</b>

I cleared your false-positive. Dr.Web uses dirty injection mechanism, like cheats/malware does. Make sure your CS is not running before adding to whitelist, try a reboot too, before running a wCD scan.

Сделал как вы сказали, поставил в исключения и игру и папку кс, но всёравно ругается. Что делать?

If that didn't worked, then unfortunately you can't use wCD with Dr.Web.
