I maked dump of hl.exe after wCD. <b>You have to register to ba able to see this link</b>
I have Win10, Kaspersky cloud AV, and CryptoPro CSP latest certified version. I've read other topics and may be Kaspersky or CryptoPro make a problem.

False-positive, detections removed. In this case CryptoPro created the problem. Try close the program before opening CS, maybe this way the app won't inject code into the game process.
