Generic Cheat Detection

Hello, I scanned my cs and get Generic Cheat Detection
I never have problems and I don't use any cheats
Now I can do whatever I want (restart pc, turn of game or don't play) but still I get Generic Cheat Detection and I don't know why, can someone help me to fix that problem ?
