I'm banned from fastcup and wargords for no reason

hi first i see i was banned from wargords but i didn't use any anti cheats in the background. There was only another game open and I was cutting the boss there with macro, I guess it was detected as cheating. Can you remove my ban?

I strongly disagree because I thought there might be a solution since I play in other games. I did some research, they said that they should be contacted here. I can connect to my computer and prove that I am not using any anti-cheating.

I did not change the hardware, I just formatted my computer because I could not login to fastcup, I thought it would be a solution because nobody contacted me, I wrote on the ticket, but I was not returned by fastcup administrators

Yeah, I am sure you didn't explicitly change your hardware id. We don't condone this behavior. For unban you have to pay 5th degree unban fee.
