Problem with Unique ID

This is the first time i use Wargods and i have an error. "Could not read/write your unique id. Please contact ...."
I don't know what is it ? If you can tell me some information.

Did you use the latest version of wCD?

Yes absolutely i use recommended for my system 2.4.0.4.
