Weird time stamps

Here's a quick question, can there be any problems with time stamps on the scans? I've been supervising a server and I've noticed some cases of the scans showing wrong times. One of the recent cases like this was today when I asked a person to scan at like 9pm and the scan showed 11am. They have like one scan besides that one so it's unlikely that they pre-scanned that day specifically.

If the player doesn't have correct date and hour I can't do anything.

That is exactly what I thought, thank you for the feedback. Also thought that Wargods could check the time on the country that the scanner is in.

Not all of the players have set the right time zone on their system and to check the time zone after the IP address could lead to many errors...
