Wargods scan shoes steam id but in the server shows non steam id

Hi, sorry for the "shoes" in the title ,it should be "shows" haha. Recently we have a player giving us a wargods scan link which shows that he is using steam id but we found that in the server he is actually using a non steam id, he claims that he has CS 1.6 installed on Cracked Steam Nostalgia ,is that possible? he did 2 times wg scan with different player names,but the results are same. Could this possible that the cracked steam will show this scan result ?

You answered yourself to this questions by saying "cracked Steam". Each steam account has a SteamID, even if the account doesn't have any games. So, yes, it's possible.

thank you for replying, i need to get a double confirmations from you, sir. so it is possible that the player using the cracked steam, joins the server with a non steam cs , and runs the wargods scan, and the scan will show a steam id instead of a non steam id, right?

in this case, we shouldnt give him a ban....

Yes, I just told you. It's a valid Steam ID, even if the CS is cracked. You can't see the player's steam id on server because the CS couldn't be verified as licensed version of CS.
