That's not a memory dump, that's an image with an error.

1) Download this (<b>You have to register to ba able to see this link</b>) and save it to desktop, then extract it.
2) Open command prompt as admin and write:

cd %userprofile%\desktop\procdump
3) Run Counter-Strike
4) Do a wCD scan and make sure you can reproduce the same detection and only after that go to the next step.
5) In the opened command prompt write:

procdump.exe -accepteula -ma hl.exe

This will generate a process memory dump where you extracted the files. Please upload me the indicated file.
