Write this in cmd:


sc queryex type=service state=all > %userprofile%\desktop\wcd_sc.txt

It will create a file "wcd_sc.txt" on your Desktop. Please upload me that file.

It seems Windows 7 doesn't like the command because it doesn't have space between option and value. Please run this in cmd:



sc queryex type= service state= all > %userprofile%\desktop\wcd_sc.txt


I tested it on Windows 7 and works.
