Players using more than 1 cheat.

Hi, I am playing CS 1.6 and I've noticed for a while that a lot of the better players are detected with awp crosshair and I have a question : Could the awp crosshair be a masking of wall hack(detect only the crosshair?)?Or is it possible to detect player with several cheats?

No for the first question. And yes for the second one, often there are more than one detection / report but you only see the best detection available in that report.
