hello I got the ban on wcd. but when I tried it from my friend's computer, my friend took the ban. People who connect to my Internet have been banned. How much do I have to pay if I have to pay for the ban?

I didn't use fake wcd. The person controlling Teamweiwer installed the wcd application from his own computer. I didn't know it was forbidden at the time.

Then I was banned. but I should have read the rules before.

Since you broke the rules you have to pay for unban. The free for using fake wCD is 5th degree unban.

It's safe. If you scan from the same network, under the same IP address, you can't make a wCD scan because your IP address is banned, but you won't get banned because of it (only if you try something suspicious).

ok then i was already thinking of buying a new computer. PayPal's service already closed in Turkey. I can't pay the fine.I hope my new computer won't continue to be banned.

You will be banned until you pay for unban & using this as a ban bypass will only increase your unban degree fee.

You can pay using Paysafe / another method. as an alternative to Paypal.

You have only 2 options: stop using this service or pay for unban.
